Conrad was was on time, knew what he was doing. Very knowledgeable and got right to the task at hand. Explained what had to be done and ordered parts and scheduled appointment for return visit to complete the job. I would definitely like to have him for all my repairs in the future if any should arise. Thank you Conrad!!
