5 star! Ron the AC service tech was awesome! He diagnosed the problem with my AC, guided me through the warrenty process which saved me 25%, performed a quick repair, and answered all my questions about the AC and symptoms to watch out for in the future. You can hire these guys direct or thru the sears home warrenty program which is managed by Cinch. Cinch is not a cinch to use. If it is something simple the computer can handle it Good, but if it is complicated it does not work and the staff dont know what they are doing. It is extremly painful to get full coverage from your warrenty with these guys at Cinch! I mean hours and days on the phone with a circle of 12 different people! Unbelievable.

Excellent and professional service install by both techs of difficult rubber boot replacement for washer. Took both techs to do this but great completion . Also shout out to both Conrad and Mohammed.
