My Technician was very nice and did a great job we are back in action with a heating microwave. Tech suggested Sears warranty as we have very high end appliances, we took his advice and signed up. Thank you.

The technician was very professional, patient and kind. He answered all my questions. I appreciate that he took the time to figure out the problem with my freezer door not closing correctly. He should be promoted or get a big raise. Because there's not very many technicians like him now days. I am grateful for the excellent service and attention that he gave to my problem with the refrigerator and freezer door. I appreciate your time and service Claudio.
