First of all he was on time and very much a professional. He did a great job on the dryer and cleaned up after he was done. He showed me what was wrong and what he was going to do to fix it. Truly a great asset to your company!

My Service Technician, Madho, did a great job. I was very thorough with investigating the cause of the issue and ensuring that the correct part was ordered to make the repair. Once the part came in, unfortunately, he was not able to arrive and the estimated time, however let me know in advance to reset expectations. Once the new part was installed, he ensured that everything was working properly and gave me advice on preventative maintence to ensure the refridgerator continued to operate properly. Definitely one of the best technician's I've had.

I had two options: 1. To purchase parts and labor for over$700 or 2. to unplug the refrigerator and let the huge wall of ice at the back of freezer melt for a couple of days. I will have to replace many items stored in the freezer that is now well above 0 degrees if choosing option 2. However, the cost for replacement items is not nearly the cost of repairs. I chose option 2 and the technician unplugged the refrigerator for me! I’m happy with paying the diagnostic fee of $129! Thank you so much to the technician and to Sears!

AcTechnician came out 3 times. First time looks at downdraft and says they don’t have access to parts for this downdraft. I told him that I’d ordered the part and it was due soon, they then scheduled a repair. Technician comes and starts taking out screws, ended up not being able to replace part, says he doesn’t have the tools to fix it and it’s unrepairable . I’d told them that the manufacturer had told me that if they called, that they’d walk them through the repair. They came out on a Saturday when the manufacturer is closed. Finally a third technician came out and started removing screws and asked if we had mice, I said yes and he points out a chewed wire, which may be the problem. He left saying that they don’t repair rodent damage. I’ll fix the wire and go from there. Not particularly happy that it took 3 different guys to come out before one of them noticed this.
