Mohammed - my repair man - was great! He replaced a part that was on his truck based on the serial number of my stove and electronic Q&A provided in advance. The administration office just needs to improve. My husband should have been removed as a contact but was getting early morning notifications. Also the credit card data I supplied with my service request did not work.

Best company around I highly recommend them my dryer broke down on Saturday night. Emailed in made an appointment came out on Monday at the time, they said they would be here overall great experience, fast efficient, and very acknowledge. Got my dryer fixed less than 15 minutes.Thank you Mrs.Lopez
