Mohammed did a great job servicing our Dryer and checking that it was working properly. I did have one concern, however, not with Mohammed. I requested that the electrical cord on the Dryer be replaced and Mohammed said he would come back on Monday so a second service request was put on the calendar. However, the person who called me back on Monday and said he was assigned to the request asked me what was needed and I told him all I wanted was to have the electrical cord replaced because I was having an Electrician replace the 50 year old wall outlet with a safer four prong receptacle instead of a three pronged outlet. The Service Rep said he was unable to alter the machine so he couldn't fulfill my request unless there were instructions on the back of the machine that a four pronged plug was permitted. Before I had time to go check the back of the Dryer, he said he would cancel the service call but that I could buy an adapter on the internet that I could attach to the existing cord. Well, that was the end of the call. I checked the back of the Dryer and there were stickers with clear instructions on how to attach either a three pronged plug or four pronged plug for the Dryer. I had my Electrician install the new outlet and a new four prong plug on the Dryer. So, overall the service I received was less than satisfactory. Mohammed gets a five star. The other Rep whose name I did not get gets a 1.
