Well, it turned out there was nothing wrong with my microwave. I tried to warm a cup of coffee yesterday but it did not get warm. However today while the repairman was here, I was able to warm a cup of water and the microwave worked fine. I don't know what happened.

Technician was very respectful and he also showed up to our house which was a plus. It is May 5th and Sears Technician Keith NO SHOWED 5 times since April 5th. Sears had been canceling our appointments with no explanation up until now. Finally a Rep escalated our service to urgent which maybe why we were not canceled. We may cancel Sears Protection if this happens again. Thank you Technician Russell for showing up.
