Conrad was very knowledgeable and efficient. He was able to diagnose and repair the issue with my washer. He also provided preventative maintenance on my dryer. Conrad was very friendly, courteous and careful not to damage the floor with the tools and parts. He explained what was the problem with the washer before performing the repair. He promptly cleaned the area when the service was completed.

Sears Home Services used to be fine, but Cinch took it over and that could be the downfall problem - these are my feelings: the technicians are great. Logan came out today and completed the repair on our Washing Machine. All is good there. But dealing with the company on the phone has been a disaster! They ask me the same questions over and over, keep transferring me around to different departments and keep me on hold for a long time. It has taken 4-6 months to complete the repairs on our Washer because parts weren’t ordered on time and who knows what else! We’re fed up…….
