Ladarius was great. He came to repair my washing machine. He was friendly and efficient in diagnosing the problem. He communicated the issue and provided some guidance. Fortunately this was not a major repair. I would recommend Ladarius for any appliance repair.

Service was timely, efficient, helpful and solved our dryer problem. Diagnosis was quick, fully explained and i was shown failed part to see the problem. Would hope to have same serviceman when needed in the future.
