Our technician did a great job. He checked the dishwasher, washer, dryer, and freezer. He did not check the microwave since it was.not on his list. We paid for the microwave maintenance. Will we get an adjustment? The technician was knowledgable, courteous and pleasant.

The serviceman you sent was very good. He was well informed, was able to help us with our use of our appliances. He was friendly, and we felt good after having him service our appliances. He should be recognized as a top repairperson.
