Service fast and tech was very professional

The response by the Sears and the technician sent was phenomenal. The computer board was rebuilt and installed. However, after allowing the unit to run for 48 hours as instructed by the technician, the unit is not maintaining the designed default temperatures in both the freezer and the refrigerator compartments. We have scheduled another repair.

The Repairman called to let us know he was on his way. He showed up on time. He went straight to work, then he explained what repairs he had to make. He was professional and courteous. I highly recommend Sears Home Repair service. We have never had a bad experience yet.

In spite of the recent shut down of many Sears Stores, the service Department functions with efficiency and reliability. The young man who serviced our dryer (where user error was the cause of the call), he did an excellent job on our behalf. Timely, professional, efficient and knowledgeable, I am very pleased that my appliance purchases were a part of the Sears Family.
