It was nice knowing that my dishwasher was going to be fixed and warranted. Took a little longer than I hoped, but it was fixed and functional the first time.

Technician was great. He described everything he did and was very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. He even gave me ponters on how to keep another appliance ship shape. If I could give extra stars, I would. I will remember his name in case I need repairs on another appliance and recommend Sears Service to others because of this.
