My experience was what I expected from the repair guy, he was helpful plus gave me other helpful advice. He also showed concern for my needs and went above and beyond on a seperate issue then what my initial call was for.

Our service representative was excellent. He was very professional and helpful in telling us how to maintain our appliances more effectively. His working habits were very clean and great, he took his time to get the work done and to our satisfaction. He was very polite and respectful of our time.
