The repairman tool my son that i needed to get new gas for the mower and it will start i did that , the mower wood not start my old son had to come home from Texas for personal business and he looked at the mower my son found a old broken spark plug the receipt dose not have a very go explanation of what was done. My air conditioning was not working during one of the hottest weeks in Sacramento. I was ankle to get an appointment with sears within 2 days of it going out when everyone else were a week to two weeks out. The techniciam arrived in his scheduled time frame and he was friendly and got my system repaired within 20 minutes of his arrival. He also the phone number for my warranty company to get the authorization to do the work. Great service from Sears!!!!

The repairman showed up right when the repair window started, which was great. He quickly diagnosed the problem, got the needed part from his truck and had it repaired within 30 minutes. Great service.
