The repairman showed up right when the repair window started, which was great. He quickly diagnosed the problem, got the needed part from his truck and had it repaired within 30 minutes. Great service.

The service men were polite, thorough and skilled. I appreciated the thorough evaluation and then after the part was ordered and received, another technician came and swiftly changed out my entire ice making component. We have ice again!
