So far, so good.

I sold my house three years ago and left the LG in the housel No maintenance was performed.

The tech sent to our home was very, very helpful and competent. It was a pleasure to have him repairing our TV.

I was very pleased with the technician he was extremely knowledgeable and gave us pointers on how to prevent this rust problem from happening again.

I already did this but once again I will say that it was the best customer service that I have ever experienced from any repair of any kind. - so knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, way beyond what I expected. When I am ready I will go to Sears to purchase a new washer and dryer,

Scheduling the appointment was quite easy and the service went well.

My repair was done in a very timely manner.
