Sears technician (MR YEE) , found and corrected the problem in a very professional manner. I'm extremely pleased to have my refrigerator back to 100% functional order!

the tech was very informative and thorough. He spent most of his time cleaning the coils under the refer/freezer that should have been done by the yearly maintenance check. System check and we were saved having to replace anything. Thank you Sears for the maintenance agreements

Ollie the repairman was great. He was courteous, helpful, and prompt in dealing with a broken dishwasher. Definitely recommended.

great service from sears too bad theyre gonna be gone

The service staff is great and I hope not to have to have them come again because the icemaker is the continuous problem. The service staff have been here 6 times in less than 6 months for problems with the icemaker. Apparently the icemaker in the model of my French door Samsung was poorly designed. It should not be in the refrigerator portion of the machine.
