Two technicians. One was a trainee but other one was quite knowledgeable. Vacuuming under the frig cost $100 though. I had cleaned major dust but couldn't get into the coils. Trainee had first vacuumed but I requested additional, more detailed cleaning since costing so much, which the supervisor completed. Haven't heard the tweeting which was the reason I called.

One of the parts pre-ordered and paid-for wasn't needed saving me almost 1/2 the price I expected. I trust that Sears will be writing me a check for the CREDIT DUE.
