Service was excellent. Finally, a technician that admitted the problem is not fixable and that it is a design flaw. It took 13 visits to admit this but finally someone willing to admit it.

Poor and lousy work from previous repair visit to the same device, the same device broke down Sever months after repair and they tock 4 months to put it back on service, terrible service, Keith, the last technician that work on it was very knowledgeable, very efficient and professional, he was the one capable of finishing the job, except for the long time keeping me waiting without microwave

Unfortunately our dryer could not be repaired (17 year old Kenmore) but our technician Ladarius did an outstanding job of trying absolutely everything to get it working again! He went above and beyond to try and fix it. We are very appreciative of his professionalism and effort.
