The tech was very polite and knowledgeable!!

Fred was polite and efficient. The part for the repair of our heater needed to be ordered and he returned on the arranged date to install even though it was raining! Now we’ll have heat for Thanksgiving!!

Yee and his associate did a first-rate job in replacing the ice maker in my 2012 Kenmore refrigerator. I particularly appreciated their willingness to explain the repairs in terms I could understand.
