Keith indicated that the part ordered was not the correct one. He used one from his truck, however I did not get a receipt as to the repair needed and keith took the newly ordered part with him , as far as I can see, leaving the old part in its box. The dryer works though I would think that the unused new part would not be randomly removed without explanation. Questions???

Mohammed was awesome. He came in and diagnosed the situation, and found that the issue was ice build up, and the fan ordered by the 1st Tech was not needed.

They came at the very end of the 5 hour window after waiting all day which could be better. Decent customer service. Nothing to rave about. Part of a warranty maintenance service so we shall see when a repair is actually needed.

We had our Zline oven serviced. I don't think the technician had worked on this type of oven before, but he figured it out. The problem we had was with the oven's fan not turning off. He replaced the panel and I am back baking again. He was very nice and respectful.

The tech was fast & efficient. All I needed was the knob on the washer replaced. He was done in less than 20 minutes. The cost was $200 and luckily I had one of those 20% off on-line coupons.

The serviceman was on time, courteous, and efficient. He found the problem in short order and returned to install new part in couple of days. My only complaint would be the expense.
