The service is always excellent, my only complaint is that it takes too long to get someone out to my house. The last time I needed service for my washing machine, it took over a week to get help.

The only thing the tech forgot to do is plug it in.

They were prompt and worked through what was a more complicated problem than originally thought.

Good Service repair man was on time and polite. However after he left I found. dark oil spots on my new carper. I have been trying to remove them. You should supply shoe covers for your techs thanks etillman

Nice guy who replaced the compressor fan, although it didn't resolve the loud noise my fridge makes. That's the reason i called for service in the first place.
