Good Service repair man was on time and polite. However after he left I found. dark oil spots on my new carper. I have been trying to remove them. You should supply shoe covers for your techs thanks etillman

Nice guy who replaced the compressor fan, although it didn't resolve the loud noise my fridge makes. That's the reason i called for service in the first place.

Workman was perfect. On time, courteous, and he knew what he was doing. Unfortunately, he only improved the situation. The ice maker is still deficient by design, and because of that I'm not giving 5 stars.

The repair person was prompt and professional. When he removed the face plate off of my glass top Kenmore electric stove, he discovered one of the wires had become unplugged, which is why the corresponding burner wasn't working. He plugged it in and all was well. The only disappointment I have about this call is that I was charged $51.00 on top of the service call charge for the technician to plug in the wire. I don't think I should had been charged for that. If he hadn't charged me, I would have tipped him $25.00. Anyway, next time, I'll check the wires myself before I call in a repair person.
