Taj overcharged me $25 for HIS MISTAKE ordering a “door trim strip” that he never installed. He put the wrong part in his truck and blamed another technician for ordering the wrong part to cover up his error. When I tried to get him to reverse the charge, he gave me an 800 number that didn’t recognize me as a customer. When I told him this, he said I dialed wrong. He began his first of two service calls by asking me “Do you have the part?” The communication through the Sears robot is terrible and Taj is unreliable.

Attentive customer service as far as parts and, scheduling and payments, but two technicians came out twice but didn’t agree on the fix and were still having the same problem with our dryer… still drying everything 2 or 3 times and still getting error codes…

When the tech called to say he would be at the house in 30 minutes, I asked what was he coming to look at? Since I had another tech coming the same day, he got angry and started yelling I don't know, I am eating lunch. Very unprofessional to call as the tech and not be able to answer a simple question with out yelling at the customer. Then when the tech got to the house he very uninterested in working, for all the questions I asked he kept saying "only dishwasher " just not a very good customer experience and the dishwasher is still not working.

The technician was courteous and tried to resolve the problem but did not. The oven still burns food at the bottom. I baked another batch of cookies and they burned. I baked corn bread in another utensil and it burned at the bottom. There is something wrong with the temperature gage or the element. I CANNOT COOK Easter DINNER IN THE OVEN.

Tech came home and fix it up. but iw was not proper as supposed too .I told him that you need to refix it. But he was keep saying that it is like that ,you do this you do this. it will work. THen my wife told him again to fix otherwise I have to call customer service and have to explain them what happen? finally he decided to fix it. I will recommend to change your techniciansd or give them more education how to fix ?

First Technician called at 3pm and said he was on his way so I left work early to meet him. He later calls me at 4pm to tell me his car is overheating and needs to reschedule. I called Sears and operator told me a technician was still coming. I made follow up calls every hour until 7pm and Sears operator told me that the technician clocked out at 4:30 stating that I did not answer??? Bogus, I left work early and waited 4hrs, last operator told me I would get a $30 gift card for the inconvenience and still haven't received anything. The next technician that came out stripped screws on the dryer panel. Identified the problem, left screws loose on the panels and left hose disconnected on the back of dryer that connects to vent outside. When I called the tech minutes after he left he told me all I have to do is pull out dryer and connect hose??? He left job incomplete and that's when I discovered loose screws holding the panels together. I am not satisfied at all and will be using a mom and pop shop for my next service.

First technician came for inspection/diagnostic and left the machine disassembled. Stated I'll be back. Leaving my dryer flat out open. Screws and replaced items left detached and left inside the dryer itself. Scheduled me for the actual repair 9 days later. Second technician came to see the issue i pointed out, I asked him if that is how they do repairs? He said no. Continued to replace the part and left.
