Do not use Sears for anything…the company is going bankrupt so any parts ordered or refunds will be a lost cause…check your local Sears and it’s website reviews…most will state their losses. I also had a loss w a refund for a an oven part…been over a month and still no refund.

I had to wait 5 days to get a tech out here, which I understood. The tech who came was very charming and I thought he did a good job. However, when I tried to use my washer the next day, it was still broken. I called Sears many, many times that day starting at 5:30 a.m. They literally have no customer service reps and no one answers the phone or called back when I left a message. I was able to get ahold of the tech, but he couldn't help me. I had to go back online, schedule another appt. and wait another 5 days to get another tech to come out. The new tech did a more thorough examination and found the pump was gone, the motor was weak, and the bearings were worn. I needed a new washer. I really appreciated him and I was pretty ticked off at the first tech because he didn't check any of those things. I've been a loyal Sears customer for over 40 years and have purchased all my appliances from them. They used to be very service oriented and took care of their customers. Sadly, I won't be using their services again. They get 1 star because you can't post without one and for the second tech who did his job.

I will never use this service again. It has been almost 2 months of going back and forth and my washing machine still isnt repaired properly. Multiple times, the service person was supposed to be at my house between 8-12 and they didnt show up. On other times my schedule appointment dates were rescheduled by them for no reason. There is poor communication. I feel like the technicians dont know what theyre doing. One would come out and say this is the problem and then order parts. The parts would come and then another technician would come to put the parts in and he would determine thats not the problem and not put the part in and tell something else was the problem say it was fixed and then when I try to use the washer it still doesnt work. Then another technician would come in order other parts and then the cycle continues and my washer still isnt fixed. At this point Im going to buy another washer and terminate this service. It has been a waste of time, energy and money. Never again!
