Justice was very polite & professional and was very good at directing his trainee. What Justice can't do is improve Sears overall service level concerning parts & customer contact. Justice installed the part I had to order from Sears weeks ago & it only arrived yesterday. Justice took the incorrect part Sears sent last week. From the service request to receiving the correct part was 39 days. Physical service was 1 day. Rc
