Justice was very polite & professional and was very good at directing his trainee. What Justice can't do is improve Sears overall service level concerning parts & customer contact. Justice installed the part I had to order from Sears weeks ago & it only arrived yesterday. Justice took the incorrect part Sears sent last week. From the service request to receiving the correct part was 39 days. Physical service was 1 day. Rc

It's always nice to see a familiar face when your technician arrives. Logan was very professional, got the dryer running and was on his way within a short period of time. I was thankful he had the needed parts as in recent years, the part would need to be ordered and a follow up appointment made. Not today. Thank you Logan for fixing our appliance and being so knowledgeable and capable.
