The technicians did their jobs just fine - BUT to pay to have to have someone to come in and install a new ICE BIN was just a bit ridiculous.

If I could leave a zero I would, the technician was a terrible listener and offered no kind of help.. He was supposed to be here for my washer and dryer pair, but his notes stated it was a washer dryer unit so he refused to look at my washer. I just don't understand why he looked at my dryer, and he said the problem was a dime was stuck in there, I don't know but nothing was fixed and everything is just like it was before he showed up.
