Michael is very efficient and personable. He has fixed my washer and dryer before. Always nice. Because I have a protection policy there was no cost to me.

Enrique was fine. However it took 6 appointments to fix it. You were late for four of them and completely missed two without even calling. This was a very frustrating experience. Your phone tree is terrible. The choices just go in circles. Even the one time I reached a human he didn’t do what he promised. Linda
