Enrique was fine. However it took 6 appointments to fix it. You were late for four of them and completely missed two without even calling. This was a very frustrating experience. Your phone tree is terrible. The choices just go in circles. Even the one time I reached a human he didn’t do what he promised. Linda

Michael arrived promptly and the designated time, he called first to let us know he was on his way. Michael listed carefully as I explained our squeaky dryer that snags laundry. He effectively replaced the part and showed me where the problem was. He asked if we would like to purchase a Cleaning service for $50, we agreed. Michael thoroughly vacuumed the disassembled interior and exterior of the dryer. He also gave me some excellent advice on the washer tubing, noting corrosion, and on our fridge's ice maker. Michael was courteous, friendly and professional. It was an absolute pleasure having Michael service our dryer! Truly an asset to your company. Thank you Alan and Harry
