Technicians did an excellent job replacing our broken parts. Efficient and quick. Very knowledgeable offering suggestions and answering questions.They offered to put on shoe covers before entering our home. Desmond and Carlos were very courteous and professional.

The technician that came to my house was very knowledgeable and efficient. He told me everything that needed to be done, and was very upfront about the cost. He came back once the part was delivered, and fixed the fridge in a very timely manner. He was friendly, and courteous. Did not leave a mess. Good job over all!
