Although my washer was ultimately not repaired during this visit, I still wanted to give the Sears Home Services technician a 5 star review because the service he personally provided was excellent. Alvin was kind, knowledgeable, professional, and very easy to communicate with I especially appreciated that he explained what he was doing throughout the visit and kept me informed along the way rather than leaving me wondering what was happening. He was also very respectful of our home, had a warm smile and pleasant demeanor, and made the entire experience positive despite the fact that the repair could not be completed. His professionalism and customer service were absolutely appreciated. Thank you for the excellent service.
