Alan repaired my gas dryer
Alan was professional and courteous for the entire visit. He persisted and overcame the challenges specific to this job site. We were next to last on Alan's list for today so he ran a few minutes behind schedule. He alerted us to this fact as early as possible via text. He even offered help clean up when he was done fixing the actual problem. No I have nothing but good things to say about Alan.

Sears tech Alvin
Alvin arrived on time & immediately removed the freezer compartment gasket & replaced it with the new one. He also gave us info re preventing reoccurrences of the problem. The whole repair process was done efficiently & quickly. We should note that Alvin also came in January & was equally efficient then. On the other hand we were extremely dissatisfied with the call center procedures not being able to speak to a live agent. Do they even exist with Sears? I had to call the home improvement dept to speak to someone. I vehemently recommend that Sears rehire sufficient live agents to handle their clients. I will NOT go to a Sears store to buy their appliances unless I can speak with a live person the next time I call.

Refrigerator water dispenser
Dispenser was leaking and Alvin after the original appointment resulted in the wrong part being ordered, received the correct part and replaced the faulty part with out delay! Good job 👏 thank you Alvin
