Frig Evaluation
Michael was prompt, on time, called to say he was 10 min away. He was able to diagnose my refrigerator just by the sound and fix the problem of the ice buildup and fan noise. He adjusted the temp and informed me of the proper setting for my frig, which I was unaware it was not set to the right setting. Voila, fixed. So happy. Price reasonable and I think the Sears Home Services is a good plan and recommend it!

Water heater
Not much to say...he listened to the problem came up with a solution and fixed my water heater...very professional and an extremely nice person...I would recommend sears maintenance to my family and friends.

Ambrocio was professional, friendly, on time, and knowledgable. He was our original service tech, but discovered another problem and was able to order the parts and returned to complete the job. Scheduling the appointment was a nightmare, but if you're lucky enough to get Ambrocio, all will eventually be well.

Excellent Service Tech
Maria worked very hard to untangle the mystery of the water leak under my washer. She tested it and it didn't leak. But today we did a couple small loads and the machine is leaking again. I will place another service call today to try to get this problem resolved.

Service on Washer
The Technician arrived on time, did a thorough check of my washer and could not get a leakage of water. The spinner was not getting the towels placed in the machine (for a test run) dry enough to place in the dryer. He checked that out and seemed to think it was operating okay. He indicated if it continued to either leak water again or the spinner still not spinning adequately to call for another appointment. Mr. De la Cruz was very polite/courteous and explained things so I could understand what was done. He is an excellent Technician and did a thorough job checking the machine.
