The technician that came to my house was very knowledgeable and efficient. He told me everything that needed to be done, and was very upfront about the cost. He came back once the part was delivered, and fixed the fridge in a very timely manner. He was friendly, and courteous. Did not leave a mess. Good job over all!

It took the repairman only 5 minutes to fix the problem. When I signed up for the repair, I understood it would cost $129 but the repairman said no the cost was $179.

The technician was fast and easy to have in the house. He did a great job. Unfortunately the dryer did not continue to work once there was a load of clothes. I am hoping Raul will come back and fix our dryer.
