The technician, Patricio, was professional and pleasant to talk to. He listened patiently to the issues I was experiencing and tactfully addressed each issue. Before leaving, he explained what was happening, how he fixed it and explained how I can continue to maintain the appliance when the issue reoccurs. The other technician, Alvin, explained in detail why the microwave stopped working. Unfortunately replacement is not covered by the .
