Gary was professional and made sure to locate the replacement item and get it to us the same day so that after two weeks and three days we would finally have hot water again. Sears gets low marks because we provided model and serial number and what needed to be done at the time of the repair order. For him not to have the part on the truck on the day of the service call gets you no starts. Gary had to hunt down and get the part for which I am truly grateful for him having done so.

Maria is truly one in a million! She was so kind and patient! She worked very fast and her work was top tier. I received some work on my washing machine and she went above and beyond to check my dryer as well! I’m so glad sent Sears sent her to me. She was truly a blessing! Thank you again Maria!
