Maria is truly one in a million! She was so kind and patient! She worked very fast and her work was top tier. I received some work on my washing machine and she went above and beyond to check my dryer as well! I’m so glad sent Sears sent her to me. She was truly a blessing! Thank you again Maria!

He is very knowledgeable and find out the problem and fixed the issue which is the air leak through the door and replaced it. For the last time technician I suggested to him that the problem is from the door air leak, don't tell me about my job and he become offensive. He tried his best but, with out adequate knowledge. I wish if he listened to me and replaced the door maybe this problem shouldn't happen again. I hope this maintenance resolve the issue permanently. Thank you for your service Lukas

Great evaluation and advice for our aging refrigerator. It was so worth it to have an experienced expert thoroughly check everything, and advise us. We were going to get a new refrigerator, but we like our old one and after learning what we can do to keep it going we are so happy to keep our old one going!
