Patricio did a wonderful job of diagnosing, ordering parts, and coming back to install them. in my Kenmore Refrigerator/Freezer. All very efficient and timely. Unfortunately, the "computer system" kept changing my return appointment because "the parts would not arrive in time", even though they showed up THE DAY AFTER he ordered them! I tried rescheduling via the AI botbitch, but after a few tries,"her" system stopped responding. I had to start over and make my own appointment online. FORGET ABOUT TALKING TO A PERSON!!! Hopefully, once you are "trained" to respond appropriately to said AI botbitch, you'll get a technician as wonderful as Patricio to take care of your appliance problem. Regarding the price I paid? If I doubled the price for parts and labor, I could have bought a new one!
