Patricio not only diagnosed the problem, ordered the suspect part, and set up a follow up visit, but when he had time before our follow-up appointment, he contacted us to see if the replacement part was received AND if we wanted him to come two weeks earlier. We emphatically said ‘yes’ and he was over at the window of time he indicated and promptly installed the new oven part and changed out the light bulbs. We were extremely satisfied with his professionalism and follow-up and would highly recommend him for any appliance repair.

The tech was very professional. Had the AC working within 20 minutes & also gave tips on how to set vents & change filters to get the best performance from the unit.
