Each of the two service technicians arrived within the window I was given. Each was organized, efficient, professional, courteous and a fine representative for their company. I had some difficulty scheduling this service however, in the long run, all went well and our appliances are in excellent working order for another year!

The technician was friendly and helpful. The Sears Appliance Repair service, however, is mediocre at best. Terrible communication and lost information. I would avoid them if possible.
