The technician was polite, he did his job check my dryer the heat is ok. Per technician the problem to the dryer was the vent it needs to be clean. He doesn’t do this sears should sent technician to do the cleaning of the vent. I hope sears will send a technician to clean the vent. Thank you. Great tech. Personable however he took one of my towels with him. If it was a normal towel I would not be talking about it here, but this was yellow kind of fuzzy and a really good soak up towel. Would love to have it back.

Jeff was personable. He replaced two parts in my dishwasher. Unfortunately after he left I discovered that the dishwasher wouldn't turn on so now I'm scheduled for my third appointment.

You said on-line and phone , he would arrive betwwen 10:30-10;45.am He didn't come until after 1:30pm. WE were onm edge waiting. What cAN you do better: give better accuracy ion uyou arrival times. This has happened more than once.
