The technician fixed the problem and explained what was wrong . In the meantime, he left a mess on kitchen counter and didn't clean it up

Want to give him a five star for fixing the oven but I can’t. Waited 4 hours on 7/8/2025 (from 1-5pm) then the technician called and let me know around 5:15pm that he won’t make it and have to reschedule the next day. Then the next day almost the same 3 1/2 hours wait before finally showing up at 4:30pm. First time I’m not happy with the service with AHS. 7 1/2 hours wait to fix an oven was not good customer service.

Our technician Ambrocio was excellent! However, I don't like the fully automated AI phone service. Sears doesn't offer human support at all.

Our Technician was EXCELLENT! He diagnosed the problem on his first visit, ordered the new part, and 3 full weeks later installed the new part. The washing machine works perfectly now. The BIGGEST issue we have is that it took 5 (FIVE) WEEKS between first scheduling the repair service to getting it fixed! (2/24 scheduled the service and 3/28 it was repaired!) During that time we had 7 appointments that were either cancelled OR no one showed up with no communication!

My stovetop needs a replacement switch for one burner. After ordering the part, your service person cancelled the repair because he did not feel that he could remove the glass top without breaking it. The glass top was installed by Sears some years ago. I cannot believe that Sears appliance repair organization is incapable of removing the top without breaking it. Up-date: I subsequently hired an appliance repair firm that removed the glass top and replaced the defective switch.
