Not good. Tech broke the water line to the fridge and made a big mess. Barely cleaned it up and told me to call a plumber. Because he can’t fix it. So frustrating

He did NOT complete the repair, took my part, said he would return it and I would get credit. None of that happened. He completely falsified the report and said he completed the repair. Disputing the charges. He ripped me off.

Terrible service. The technician asked for my private wi-fi secured password within 1 minute of introducing himself. I declined due to security purposes and he immediately walked out of my house with no explanation. He didn’t offer any alternatives or even attempt to be helpful.

I had scheduled for a repair and was given April 2. Nobody showed up from Sears nor did anyone call to say why no technician showed up. Then again on April 9, the same thing happened and no technician showed up for the appointment. Today April 17 Bobby showed up. I am very frustrated with Sears Protention Agreement services.

Wish l could give a negative rate. The technicians are rude and very impatient. They didnt show up without any explanation a couple times. They couldn’t fix my washer but they don’t want to admit it. It took about 4 months and my washer is still not working.

I have an LG washer that is under warranty. Sears has been hired to service it by the manufacturer. Sears has been a no show two times with no way to contact them as to where they are. All communication is through texts. This last time I was promised they would show up first thing after they canceled an appointment due to their lack of knowing the part they ordered had arrived. I let them know it had arrived upon which they appeared to be apologetic and said I would be their first appointment the next day. Well they sent me a confirmation and then no one showed up. With no explanation I then received another confirmation that they will show up tomorrow (April 10, 2025). They are horrible. No customer service, no phone contact. If I could give a minus number I would. Sears was a great service at one time. Now abysmal.
