Alvin was wonderful. Very helpful and informative. However the AI experience was not good. I advised the bot that sent me the confirmation that they had the wrong address. It replied that the tech would confirm upon arrival. Well he didn’t arrive for hours because he was in Daly City instead of El Cerrito. Ugh
