Alvin is wonderful. He is very knowledgeable and very nice. He went above and beyond expectations by helping me do things that he did not have to- like putting back refrigerator compartments and cleaning behind the refrigerator. I highly recommend him.

You need more Desmond's working for your company. He came "on time" after 7 or 8 other technicians were scheduled, but never showed up. Desmond repaired the dishwasher under master warranty. No charge for parts or service.

Patrick went above and beyond. Although my initial problem had resolved itself he checked many other elements, made appropriate adjustments without being asked and explained everything he did in detail. He also took the time to answer every followup question I had.
