Garry was very efficient very quick. Did a good job. But it was four hours late . Not his fault I’m blame it on the company. And I paid way too much for the job. The people charge twice as much. It should’ve been. I am disappointed with Sears service. I think you should give me back half my money.

Leroy was very knowledgeable about my Washing machine and I was satisfied that he went through the whole system and each part worked well. He explained everything to me what was going on and how I should load my washing machine from here on out. J F

Patrick was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable about what was needed to repair our refrigerator. He clearly explained next steps which included ordering parts. The parts came within 4 days, easier than expected and our issue was resolved during the second visit to install the parts.

My repair person was amazing. Thorough, patient and fast. I don’t like that I’m being forced to do this review with my work email address because I registered for the service and received all communication to private email address.
