This was such a pleasure! The technician was courteous and polite, called in advance to tell me when he was en route, and was able to fix the problem within 30 minutes. Was also able to set expectations on how long it would take for the fridge to get back to normal before I buy new groceries :)

I had a great all appliance maintenance service visit. The service technician was excellent. Very thorough. Arrived on time. Very competent and courteous. He seemed very efficient and technically knowledgeable. Patricio was terrific in every way!
