Patricio was the height of professionalism. He had to visit twice because we had to special order parts to fix my dishwasher. Fortunately he was assigned to the follow-up visit because he was aware of the machine and what I needed. Once we had the parts in hand he quickly got it running, and even gave us a tutorial in how to keep it maintained with regular cleaning cycles to prevent future problems!
