The service technician Alvin was fantastic. Very knowledgeable about the refrigerator. He was the first person that knew what he was doing. I give him 5 stars and Sears should give him a raise.

Each of the two service technicians arrived within the window I was given. Each was organized, efficient, professional, courteous and a fine representative for their company. I had some difficulty scheduling this service however, in the long run, all went well and our appliances are in excellent working order for another year!
