Nick found the issue quickly and resolved it. He suggested that I purchase a warranty covering all of my appliances, including brands that are not Kenmore. It made sense, because this was the second time that I my dishwasher serviced within 2 months. I received a discount on this service from signing up and did not feel any pressure to do it. I've had great luck with my appliances not breaking down since 2006 and love the Kenmore brand!

Patricio not only diagnosed the problem, ordered the suspect part, and set up a follow up visit, but when he had time before our follow-up appointment, he contacted us to see if the replacement part was received AND if we wanted him to come two weeks earlier. We emphatically said ‘yes’ and he was over at the window of time he indicated and promptly installed the new oven part and changed out the light bulbs. We were extremely satisfied with his professionalism and follow-up and would highly recommend him for any appliance repair.
