Patrick is the master, nothing really faze him when it comes to appliance repairs. He analyzed the issue and methodically repaired the issue.

I had a wonderful technician it came out to my home immediately asked me questions that I was having with my dryer different sounds. Any pulled some machine apart it was lots of parts he had to remove that he would notified me that he found the problem he checked his vehicle to see if he had to parts available can't right back to fix it he probably was there no more than 35 minutes problem resolved I loved it. I'm going to cancel my home warranty service with American shield and I'm a signed up for Sears cuz every time they've been out to my home very good work Nice personalities easy to talk with and explain anything to
